DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld

Nessa was a great help at the desk! Extremely helpful and kind. I was having a terrible day, my flights got delayed along with a whole lot of other things. Nessa’s energy, kindness, and willingness to work brightened my whole day up. It was refreshing to be greeted by someone who actually enjoys there job and helping people. And it shows! 5 stars, 10 out of 10 recommend! Thank you Nessa and thank you Hilton!

This is our second visit here and we absolutely love it!! Hotel looks beautiful and well maintained and the customer service is exceptional. We were assisted by Matt and then later Nessa and both of them very phenomenal and made us feel so welcomed. There was a minor error on our reservation and both of them took their time to investigate and get things sorted out very quickly. Victoria, the server here was also so kind and provided us excellent service. This kind of customer service makes us want to return to this hotel every time we visit Orlando. Amazing hotel and amazing staff!!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I want to highlight on an employee who stood out the most to me, my friends and family. Rascheed Ferguson went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel like family! He made sure everything was set and we were comfortable, plus had everything we needed! I’ve been to many hotels in the past and haven’t had such a warming experience in a long time. Rascheed not only made our experience pleasant but, made every dollar spent worth it! I will be coming back. Thank you Rascheed!

Fantastic stay; Vanessa is a star! We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton SeaWorld. The location is perfect for hitting the parks, and the hotel was consistently clean and well-maintained. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Vanessa at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with everything we needed. Excellent value for the money, we will definitely be back!

My husband and I have been to multiple hotels in Orlando. We come here for all the theme parks, so we’ve stayed in quite a few places over the years (both luxury resorts and more casual/simple hotels). This place definitely has become our top favorite, because of the atmosphere & value. At the front desk, Matt was incredibly helpful and kind as he explained the benefits and perks we can enjoy. He took the time to answer our questions and made sure everything with our check-in went smoothly. Nessa also greeted us with the biggest smile and such a warm attitude that we felt so welcomed. They were so friendly and professional. For reference, we always get the Epic package at this hotel and it comes with really great benefits and perks that make the stay even better ! We have spent about five nights here already (with this package) and we definitely recommend it~

We read numerous reviews and were worried about booking, but we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stay at a lot of Hilton hotels and have diamond status and I felt like this was a great experience. We got a $15 per person, per resort credit due to our diamond status in addition to the $10 credit for the resort fee for a total of $40 per day which can be used at their restaurants or market. Our room was very clean. Would happily stay again. Only downside was the hot tub out of service. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

We dined at the onsite restaurant before our team’s volleyball tournament as a group of 30. Groups that large can be a hassle especially during a busy season but the restaurant handled it seamlessly. Everything from the coordination with Mr. William Gomez to table service with Maria, Norma, and Perafan were outstanding. Plenty of food choices at the breakfast buffet to satisfy everyone. And we were able to sit in a section of the restaurant together. Highly recommend this venue - especially for those that may be in town for the Sunshine tournament.

If you're hungry may I recommend the Laguna? Loved sitting on the patio enjoying the weather and pool scenery. The food was great. I had the chicken sandwich with the spicy jalapeno jelly. It was very good. The best part of my experience was my server Kevin K. He was really great! Ask for him!
